Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Lucknow. The Assistant will handle administrative support tasks, assist in preparing financial documents, manage client communications, and support the team in day-to-day operations. The role also involves helping with data entry, filing, and coordination of workplace activities to ensure smooth execution of services.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including task management and scheduling
  • Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interactions
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with chartered accountancy operations are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or a related field is preferred
