Job Title: IT Desktop Support Intern

Duration: 3 Months Internship

Location: HSR layout & Carmelaram Sarjapur Road Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work from Office

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Desktop Support Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure, hardware/software troubleshooting, and user support. You will work closely with our IT team to provide day-to-day assistance for desktop and system-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Assist in setting up new user accounts, email IDs, and system access.
  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for reference.
  • Support IT team in inventory management of IT assets.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the senior IT team for further assistance.

Requirements

  • Pursuing/completed a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
