Job description - Business Development Manager- Hydrogen Fuel cell Strategy & Commercialization

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical), and Energy Systems
  • Masters degree (preferred) in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Energy, Clean Technology, Sustainability, or Technology Management.
  • Proven experience in techno-commercial proposal writing, grant/funding applications, and strategic partnerships

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research on clean technology trends, customer needs, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments to identify business opportunities.
  • Scout and evaluate potential clients, strategic partners, and pilot projects aligned with sustainability and decarbonization goals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with OEMs, EPCs, government agencies, and research institutions to accelerate technology adoption.
  • Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals combining technical specifications, financial models, and tailored value propositions.
  • Write compelling funding proposals and grant applications to secure financial support from government bodies, private investors, and international agencies.
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies for hydrogen fuel cell solutions across industrial, mobility, and energy sectors.
  • Developing marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and brand positioning for clean tech solutions.
