Key Responsibilities

  • Reputation Management: Acting as a spokesperson and consistently shaping a positive image for the organization across various platforms.
  • Crisis Communication: Developing and implementing plans to manage negative information and protect the organization's reputation during a crisis.
  • Event Coordination: Organizing and managing events such as open days, conferences, and sponsorship campaigns to engage stakeholders.
  • Content Creation: Creating content for newsletters, brochures, and social media platforms to promote the organization's activities and values.
  • Community Engagement: Building positive relationships with the community and stakeholders to foster support and goodwill.
  • Internal Communications: Managing communication within the organization to ensure employees are informed and aligned with public messages.

Essential Skills :-

  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are fundamental for articulating messages effectively to different audiences.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships, network, and handle diverse groups of people, including emotional or sensitive callers.
  • Strategic Thinking: The capacity to develop long-term PR strategies and identify the best approaches to achieve organizational goals.
  • Organizational & Project Management: Proficiency in planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, web analytics tools, and other communication technologies to monitor and analyze campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, analyze press coverage, and generate reports to inform senior management.
  • Creativity & Problem-Solving: Aptitude for developing innovative solutions and creative content that stands out to the public.

Typical Qualifications :-

  • A bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Relevant experience in public relations, media management, or marketing is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools, social media management software, and project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
