Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to support global business development, trade show activities, and digital research across the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmeceutical ingredient categories.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management

  • Identify and qualify new leads using LinkedIn, industry directories and trade show contacts.
  • Manage inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate samples, and follow up with prospects
  • Maintain customer records, sales trackers and support documentation flow

Digital Marketing & Research

  • Use platforms and market tools for trend analysis and competitor research
  • Support content creation: product sheets, presentations, newsletters, LinkedIn posts
  • Coordinate with agencies for marketing assets

Trade Show Support

  • Support planning and execution of major industry events (e.g., CPHI, Vitafoods, In-Cosmetics, regional exhibitions).
  • Send pre-show invites, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM data
  • Manage on-ground lead capture and handle post-show follow-ups
  • Ensure all leads are updated in the system.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in Sales, Marketing, or BD (preference for API/ingredients/chemical/pharma/nutra/cosmetic sectors)
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Comfortable with research platforms, CRM tools, and Google Workspace
  • Organised, detail-driven, and proactive
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn technical product lines.
