to drive sales and build strong customer relationships over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers and explain products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and close sales.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Handle orders, queries, and complaints.
  • Achieve sales targets and support future growth.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Good knowledge of stockbroking preferred.
  • Strong English communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and negotiate effectively.
  • Telesales experience is a plus.
