Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team within the assigned cluster, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. They will engage in sales planning and strategy, team management, performance monitoring, and providing regular training and development to the sales team. Additionally, this role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring superior customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Team Management and Leadership abilities, with experience in training and developing sales teams
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Strategic Planning and Analytical skills
  • Familiarity with the insurance and financial products sector is beneficial
  • Experience in using CRM software and digital tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in a sales management role
