Alarm & Metering correction at Site. d.100 % compliance on PM e. Beat plan and frequent failing sites resolution through Alarm compliance and automation by CIs and field team f.Site visit and closure of punch points Site Quality & process compliance a. Maintain excellent level of site quality (proper cable laying, correct temperature, correct settings, site in Auto, etc.) b. Identify Gap against specification and ensure timely corrections c. Periodic audit to ensure that civil/tower electrical and other Infrastructure are in best state. d. Ensure ZERO quality/operational process non compliance e. Compliance checking of quality of technicians, partners, spares including any ethical issues Energy Management a.Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and recommending their remedy action b. Minimising EB faults c. Facilitating in converting non EB sites to EB sites d. DG running hrs. compliance Compliance of sites access process a. Maintains high level of landlord engagement to ensure 24*7 access and facilitate upgrade / planned event / installation and other operational work at site b. Resolution of hygiene related trouble tickets to ensure landlord satisfaction Technician performance evaluations a. Identify training needs of technicians and plan for development b. Site allocation, discipline management for technicians Landlord Management c. Team building and motivation ESH Compliance a. Adhering to SOPs b. Ensuring correctly rated equipments c. Ensure use of PPE by self and technicians d. Support in regular training on ESH and also ensure that safe practices are being following at Tower Site e. Ensure issue and usage of PTW for every activity being done at a site Qualification for CI Position Regular B.Tech Degree (Mechanical, Electrical) - will be preferred Min 3+ years of Exp Knowledge of DG sets, AC power management system, DC power management system, Battery back up system.
