BUSINESS UNIT

Our value proposition in Procurement Solutions initiates and completes the supply chain of: Intelligent Procurement, Smart Booking and Invisible Payment. It aims to achieve a continuous, cyclic optimization in such supply chain. Within, we initialize the preferred program's optimization with the ingestion of all internal and external spend and behavioral data associated with the customer's hospitality activities. Based on the consolidated data we develop a market strategy for the customer and deliver an optimized hotel program recommendation that mitigates direct and indirect cost factors as well as the increase of the traveler's satisfaction. Once the optimal hotel program is aligned with the customer, we initiate the negotiation with suppliers to contractually agree on the best conditions to be supplied within the optimal hotel program, compliant to renewed procurement strategy, before then ensuring its full and correct availability across booking channels and adherence in financial reconciliation

POSITION

We are looking for a Mumbai based Student Procurement Platform Support (m/f/d) who is responsible for the rate loading process of our national and international corporate customers and supporting the intelligent procurement process.

CHALLENGE

• Assist the rate loading process for our Corporate customers with individual hotels and hotel chains (CRS, GDS and external connected hotels)
• Support our Customers and ensure outstanding service quality in answering rate loading related requests
• Investigate and support non bookability situations (first level support) and identify specific issues to escalate to responsible stakeholders as second level support
• Support to act as a contact person for our supplier partners regarding all questions concerning the HRS eRFP platform.
• Build and maintain a fruitful relationship to the HRS internal stakeholders as well as to the travel managers of HRS corporate customers

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

• First professional experience in the hotel industry and / or within the B2B travel industry will be an advantage
• Good MS Excel skills, bindingness, self-responsible work as well as customer and result orientation combined with very good communicative skills
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to manage hotel and customer expectations
• High level of flexibility and good organization
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
