We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents about Admission programs offered by recognized universities, while managing the entire admission lifecycle—from inquiry to successful enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents via calls, video meetings, emails, and chats regarding online UG & PG programs in India.
- Understand student profiles, career goals, and eligibility to recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Explain program details including eligibility, fee structure, university recognition (UGC-DEB), duration, and learning mode.
- Guide students through the complete admission process—documentation, application submission, and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using CRM or lead management systems.
- Achieve individual and team enrollment targets on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and university partners to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Stay updated on online education trends, university offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
