**Psychological and Admission counselor** **:**Job description**
- Applicant evaluation: Evaluating the applicants through criteria such as academic qualifications, student extracurricular activities, personal statements, and external recommendation letters.
- Student Advocacy: Counselors serve as intermediaries for students, ensuring that students' needs and concerns are met. counsellor s provide support during students’ graduation from high school to college, helping students easily undergo admission.

**Skill Sets required for admission counsellor roles**:

- Strong communication: As an admission counsellor, you need to be able to effortlessly communicate with aspiring students and their families to provide adequate information about the school’s programs, scholarship options, and admission requirements.
- Problem Solving Skill: Admission counsellor s usually come across diverse backgrounds among applicants, so they must be resourceful and able to adapt to each situation to find solutions.

**Other Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in fields such as education, counselling, or psychology is required
- Experienced - at least 3yrs to 5yrs
- Immediate joiner
- Excellent communication skills
