**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **accurate and personalized counseling** to students and parents for admissions into UG and PG courses across Indian and international universities.
- Conduct **one-on-one sessions**, webinars, and telephonic counseling to explain available programs, eligibility criteria, admission processes, and career outcomes.
- Assist students in **shortlisting universities/courses** based on their academic background, interest, aptitude, and future goals.
- Maintain a detailed **database of leads and follow-ups** using CRM software or tools provided.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct **seminars, school visits, and outreach programs**.
- Follow up with potential leads and ensure **conversion targets** are met on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Build and maintain **relationships with university representatives** and education partners.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (Education, Psychology, Management preferred).
- **1-3 years** of experience in academic counseling, preferably with UG and PG admissions.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** in English (Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
- Strong **knowledge of UG & PG programs**, admission procedures in India.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software**.
- A proactive, student-centric approach with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
