**Position Title**: Admission Counselor
**Location**: lucknow
**Reports To**: Head of Admissions / Admissions Manager

**Position Overview**: As an Admission Counselor at NIFM, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process for various training programs offered by the institute. You will be responsible for providing information about NIFM’s courses, career opportunities, and admissions procedures, while ensuring that each prospective student’s queries are addressed effectively. The Admission Counselor will contribute to the growth of the student base by providing excellent customer service, understanding student needs, and matching them to appropriate programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling and Guidance**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and provide detailed information on NIFM’s various training programs, course structures, fees, and career prospects.
- Counsel students on their educational and career goals, helping them choose the most appropriate course based on their qualifications, interests, and aspirations.
- **Admission Process Management**:

- Conduct assessments and interviews (if applicable) to determine the eligibility of applicants for specific programs.
- **Lead Generation and Follow-up**:

- Ensure conversion of leads into enrolled students by maintaining consistent communication and addressing any concerns or hesitations students might have.
- **Customer Service and Support**:

- Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Resolve any issues or queries regarding admission documents, payments, course details, or other related topics.
- Conduct campus tours or virtual sessions to showcase the institute’s facilities, faculty, and available programs.
- **Collaborative Coordination**:

- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, administration, finance, faculty) to ensure a smooth admission process and provide timely updates on prospective students.
- Attend and represent NIFM at recruitment events, career fairs, and other outreach activities.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies, performance metrics, and feedback from students.
- **Database Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the institution’s CRM system.
- Generate reports on lead generation, enrollment trends, and other key performance indicators to assist in decision-making.
- **Brand Ambassadorship**:

- Actively promote the NIFM brand by understanding and communicating the institute’s unique offerings and success stories.
- Help prospective students understand the value of choosing NIFM for their career development and education.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Education, Business Administration, or related areas). A Master’s degree may be an added advantage.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in educational counseling, sales, or customer service roles, particularly in the education sector, is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students and parents.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the education sector, particularly in admissions or student counseling.
- Familiarity with NIFM’s programs and educational services is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:
