**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel and guide prospective students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, campus facilities, and other academic offerings.
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries professionally and effectively.
- Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and promotional campaigns to generate leads.
- Follow up with leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processes.
- Represent the institution with a positive and approachable image at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in communication, marketing, or education).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
- Prior experience in counseling, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Outgoing and engaging personality.
- Passionate about student development and education.
- Comfortable speaking in public or conducting sessions.
