Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for structure, precision, and innovation. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and project specifications.
  • Manage multiple projects across different domains and timelines.
  • Conduct daily/weekly stand-up meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Oversee resource allocation and team coordination to optimize productivity.
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to both customers and internal Heads of Departments (HoDs).
  • Ensure attention to detail in documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain alignment with company goals, customer expectations, and internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or operations.
  • Strong skills in planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of Operational Excellence principles.
  • Exposure to Innovation Management or Innovation Life Cycle processes.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
