- Prepare sales invoices in Excel (prescribed format)

- Generate E-invoices, GEM invoices

- Provide B2B invoices to concerned persons

  1. Online Banking:

- Set up bank beneficiaries

- Remove resigned employees' bank accounts

- Prepare bulk files for payments

  1. Payroll Accounting:

- Create employee masters

- Process salaries in Tally

- Book JVs (advance salary, rent, TDS, Professional Tax, imprest, etc.)

- Reconcile with HRMS

  1. Contractors' Accounting:

- Sales

- Purchases

- JVs

- Payments

  1. Bill-wise debtors' reconciliation

  2. Monthly debtors' ageing report

  3. Quarterly sales report (depot-wise) for BG audit

  4. Purchase Accounting

  5. Verify TDS applicability on payments or bills before making entries

  6. Prepare tax invoices for interstate stock transfers

  7. Online payment initiation, accounting, and voucher printing

  8. Issue cheques for FDR, demand drafts, or parties

  9. Bank reconciliation

  10. Prepare any other reports as required.
