About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and visionary Mission Head for the Kaushalyam Program in Pimpri-Chinchwad. You will lead the mission to reach and positively ensuring quality delivery, team success, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Impact with Purpose:

• Lead and execute program strategy to meet ambitious youth outreach and livelihood targets.
• Track KPIs and ensure quality outcomes with scale.
• Solve challenges, streamline operations, and innovate.

2. Build & Lead a High-Performance Team:

• Mentor and guide team members toward high performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Support team development through coaching and regular performance reviews.

3. Champion Innovation & Operational Excellence:

• Continuously identify areas of improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategy refinement and implementation.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Manage and nurture relationships with government bodies, CSR donors, ecosystem partners, and local communities.
• Liaise with internal teams including HR and Admin for seamless operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Master's in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program leadership, preferably in youth development or the non-profit sector.
• Proven experience in managing large teams and driving measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Willingness to travel and commit to the role for at least 2–3 years.
