Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an experienced Intellectual Property Lead located in Hyderabad. The role encompasses managing intellectual property strategies, overseeing patent preparation, and ensuring compliance with patent law. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth legal research, patent analysis, advising on intellectual property matters, and collaborating closely with teams to protect the organization's IP assets and rights. The position requires a proactive approach to safeguarding the company's intellectual property portfolio and contributing thought leadership in IP-related decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Background in Law and expertise in Patent Law is essential
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate intellectual property issues effectively
  • Proficiency in Patent Preparation and management processes
  • Solid understanding of Intellectual Property strategies, protection, and enforcement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Relevant work experience in the field of intellectual property or patent law is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or a related field
