Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Lead MEAN/MERN Developer. The Lead Developer will oversee the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using MEAN/MERN technologies. The role involves leading a team of developers, conducting code reviews, and implementing best practices for clean and scalable code. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving technical decisions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring project timelines are met. Additionally, the candidate will focus on optimizing application performance and ensuring platforms comply with security and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in MEAN and MERN stacks, including proficiency in MongoDB, , Angular/React, and
  • Experience with front-end development, focusing on creating responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular or React
  • Proficiency in back-end development, including designing RESTful APIs, database schema creation, and server-side scripting
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and cloud platforms
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage technical issues effectively
  • Leadership skills with experience mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and fostering collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
