Description
Skyworks India is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Import/Export Coordinator at the supervisor level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing import and export operations within India, specifically in the electronics or semiconductor industry. This role requires a thorough understanding of customs systems and experience working with freight forwarders and integrators.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee import/export operations for electronic and semiconductor products.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and integrators to ensure timely and efficient logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and customs documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to streamline logistics processes.
  • Monitor and report on shipment status and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Support the Global Logistics activity with reporting and operational updates to Senior Manager, Asia Pacific Logistics.

Required Experience And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in import/export operations in India, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian customs systems and regulations.
  • Proven experience working with freight forwarders and integrators.
  • Proficiency in local Indian languages.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global logistics team.
  • Proficiency in MS office (Power Point, Word and Excel)
