Pryus Consulting is an early-stage strategic management consulting startup based out of New York and Pune. We combine strategic go-to-market planning with hands-on MarTech engineering, building AI-first automations, ABM plays, and measurable demand-generation systems that turn strategy into pipeline. Founder-led and execution-focused, we design, build, and operate repeatable GTM workflows that drive predictable growth.

Role Overview:

Our marketing team is small but ambitious, building systems and strategies that scale. We are now looking for an AI Marketing Manager who will push the boundaries of marketing automation and growth workflows.

This is not a traditional digital marketing role. We are looking for a builder who understands AI-first marketing. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and deploying AI-driven automations and workflows that supercharge demand generation and content operations.

This role mirrors modern GTM engineering expectations—automation, integrations, and AI-driven workflows which is core to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-first GTM workflows
    — build end-to-end automations for lead sourcing, enrichment, outreach, scoring, routing, integrations and workflow orchestration using tools such as , ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Seamless.AI, Clay, Smartleads, Salesloft, Outreach, , HubSpot or Salesforce, Zapier, n8n, or Make.
  • MarTech Ownership and Integrations
    — configure and maintain CRM, MAP, enrichment, and outreach platforms; implement API/webhook integrations and middleware automations; ensure data hygiene and SLA-driven lead routing.
  • Campaign Automation and Personalization
    — create dynamic, behavior-driven nurture sequences and account-level cadences for Demand Generation/ABM; implement personalization tokens, AI-generated messaging, and multi-channel orchestration.
  • Instrumentation and Attribution
    — implement tracking, UTM strategy, and attribution logic to measure channel ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Experimentation and Optimization
    — run rapid experiments (copy, channel, cadence), analyze results, and iterate to improve conversion and pipeline velocity.
  • Documentation and Enablement
    — produce runbooks and playbooks on new automations and AI workflows.

Note:
Responsibilities emphasize building repeatable systems and automations that scale across clients and campaigns.

Required skills and experience

  • 3–6 years in B2B marketing, GTM operations, Growth, or GTM engineering at startups or agencies.
  • Hands-on with AI and MarTech tools (examples: Loveable, Napkin, Shown, Aimfox, Smartleads, , n8n, Clay).
  • Proven track record building GTM automations and workflows end-to-end (sourcing → enrichment → outreach → routing → attribution).
  • Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, middleware, and automation platforms.
  • Strong copy and prompt-engineering skills for AI-generated outreach and content.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience running experiments and interpreting funnel metrics.
