Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Executive for our on-site office located in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective customers, guiding them through the product offerings, and building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and explain products
- Customer Service expertise to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Experience in Sales, including an ability to close deals and retain clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
