Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with 100+ customers daily via MediBuddy app leads
  • Convert leads through scripted consultations
  • Share information about specialty services and surgical care
  • Achieve monthly sales targets (avg. 12 IPD conversions)
  • Maintain 3.5 hrs daily talk time (66 hrs/month)
  • Resolve customer queries & ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain call quality and process compliance

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Any graduate (medical/clinical background preferred, not mandatory)
  • 6 months to 6 years of inside sales/telesales/customer support experience
  • Fluent in English & Hindi
  • Good communication, negotiation & selling skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, MS Office proficiency
  • Team player with a willingness to learn

Compensation:

  • Net Pay: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month
  • Max CTC: ₹3.6 LPA
  • Incentives: Up to ₹2.5 LPA based on performance

  • 1-week paid training with mock call evaluation
