About Us

Ambit Tax and Accounting Services LLP is a leading accounting outsourcing firm providing bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and financial reporting services to CPA firms and small-to-medium-sized businesses across the United States. As we expand our presence in the US market, we are looking for a driven and persuasive Business Development Manager
to lead outreach efforts and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    cold calls
    to CPA firms, CFO firms, and business owners in the USA to pitch Ambit's outsourced accounting and staffing solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong
    pipeline of qualified leads
    through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Schedule and coordinate
    introductory calls and demos
    for senior leadership
  • Understand client needs, identify pain points, and propose tailored service offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized
    proposals and presentations
  • Track sales metrics, update CRM regularly, and prepare weekly reports
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in the BPO and accounting outsourcing space

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    in B2B sales or outbound business development (US market preferred)
  • Proven experience in
    cold calling
    to international clients, especially
    CPA firms or US-based businesses
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working during US time zones
  • Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
