Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet organizational targets and drive growth.
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for MCC, Spirulina, and other key products.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Oversee price negotiations, contracts, and customer agreements to achieve optimal profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and finance teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
- Manage sales forecasting, performance tracking, and revenue reporting.
- Drive collection efficiency and maintain outstanding payments at a minimum.
- Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain a high-performance culture.
Product Portfolio:
- Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC): Used in pharmaceuticals as an excipient, binder, and stabilizer, and in food products as a fat substitute, emulsifier, and anti-caking agent.
- Spirulina: A blue-green algae used as a dietary supplement, available in powder, tablet, and capsule forms.
Job Specifications:
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Pharm + MBA
- Experience: 815 years in API, excipient, or food industries, with at least 35 years in a sales leadership role.
