Job Overview
We are seeking a fresher to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This full-time position, based in Surat, is ideal for someone with 0 to 1 year of work experience in business development or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and generating leads.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to connect with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong sales skills (Mandatory skill) that demonstrate an understanding of client needs and the ability to close deals successfully.
- Proficiency in lead generation (Mandatory skill) to effectively identify and pursue potential clients and business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation skills that enable favorable outcomes for both company and client.
- Competence in market research to analyze industry trends and inform strategic business decisions.
- Strong client relationship management skills to maintain and grow client accounts.
- Effective strategic planning skills for developing long-term business growth strategies.
- Presentation skills to effectively deliver business proposals and client pitches in a compelling manner.
