At Aminu, community and influencer marketing is more than just campaigns — it's part of how we tell our story, engage with our audience, and create meaningful connections. In this role, you'll work closely with the marketing team, co-founders, and other internal stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns across social media, PR, affiliate programs, B2B activations, and more.

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Work with individuals of influence, creators for collaborations, product seeding, reviews, & campaigns.
  • Run affiliate programs and track performance to make partnerships stronger.
  • Collaborate with the B2B team and our partners for creator-led activations.
  • Secure and manage content rights to creator collaborations and repurpose content across channels.
  • Support PR and brand campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Keep the community engaged and aligned with Aminu's voice and values.
  • Track results, report insights, and use data to improve campaigns.

What are we looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in PR or influencer marketing.
  • A flexible, creative approach to working with influencers, no rigid "one-size-fits-all" methods.
  • Strong understanding of creators, collaboration models, and social trends.
  • Comfortable writing and editing scripts, reporting, and managing data.
  • Can juggle multiple campaigns and work across different teams.
  • Detail-oriented but can adapt quickly when timelines are tight.
  • Ready to join immediately.
