Branch Manager Bubbles Hair & Beauty

Position: Full-Time
Bubbles Hair & Beauty, a leading premium salon brand known for its high service standards and exceptional customer experience, is inviting applications for the position of Branch Manager for our Hyderabad locations. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead branch operations and uphold our brand excellence.
Branch Manager Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day salon activities and operations by ensuring salon equipment's and infra is working efficiently and in case of downtime keep it to a minimum
- Manage employee shifts and ensure seamless service delivery by studying customer requirements, Peak times and seasonality
- Ensure High levels of customer satisfaction by delivering delight full service experience and understanding voice of customer.
- Create a welcoming, learning and nurturing environment for salon staff, identify latest salon styles, best practices, SOP's, techniques, for customers to promote sales and services success.
- Ensure that commercial targets are set, communicated to staff, and achieved on Service and retail category
- Identify revenue leakages and plug them through cost cutting, consumable control etc measures
- Motivate staff to ensure that high levels of discipline and ensure they are fully engaged, encourage teamwork
- Ensure merchandising and visual standards are organized, clean and presentable
- Manage end to end inventory control by managing Just in time purchase and ensure outlets are sufficiently stocked in consumables and retail products
- Prepare purchase orders, receives deliveries, and issues stocks
- Manage salon finances including invoice payments - maintaining accurate financial records
- Address and resolve client complaints regarding salon services and employee behavior
Work on reducing late cancellations, no shows, increasing rebook rates, and upselling new services and retail products.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
- 3–8 years of experience in salon, spa, hospitality, or premium retail operations.
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering superior customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management abilities.
- Good understanding of salon services, customer handling, and basic financial metrics.
- Professional appearance, strong work ethics, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-centric approach with an aptitude for managing premium clientele.
