We're Hiring – SPA Manager (Airport Spa, Mumbai T2 Terminal)

We are looking for a
dynamic and experienced SPA Manager
to lead our premium spa operations at
Mumbai Airport
.

The ideal candidate is confident, charismatic, and professional, with a strong background in
business development
and
center management
. This role requires someone who enjoys engaging with people, initiating conversations, and inspiring travelers to experience a rejuvenating spa session before or after their flight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with airport passengers to promote spa services.
  • Drive spa sales through effective communication and persuasive interaction.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve business and service excellence.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall and revenue.
  • Manage appointments, billing, cash, and other daily operational details.
  • Ensure adherence to spa and airport operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Confident Personality:
    Comfortable initiating conversations and handling objections with grace.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 2 years in business development, spa/salon/retail management, or team leadership.
