Your Responsibilities

  • Use a combination of data, research, market trends, and team instincts to articulate and socialize the strategy for your product lines.
  • Define short- and long-term goals, and own the roadmap needed to reach them.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver projects from inception to experiment to fully launched products.
  • Develop a strong operating model and processes to get things done efficiently based on project and team needs.
  • Spend time with prospects, customers, and members to develop empathy for end-users and build an informed perspective on how to best address their needs.
  • Think outside the box to solve problems with novel, creative solutions enabled by virtual offices and AI-powered video.
  • Develop user personas, user stories, interaction flows, and navigation for new features.
  • Work with designers and engineers to create wireframes/prototypes that are clear and actionable.
  • Decide on product features and write specifications/PRDs documenting both functional and aesthetic aspects of what needs to be built.
  • Analyze click flows and generate insights on user behavior patterns from data.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and QA on building the "right product" by explaining specs, guiding user experience, reviewing deliverables, and conveying an exciting vision.
  • Create meaningful experiments to test hypotheses, execute them, and share findings with recommended actions.
  • Support Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in the development of feature descriptions and new release content.
  • Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Perform validation testing of production releases, bug fixes, and feature requests.


Required Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years
    of experience in product management (including at least 2+ years in a PLG company).
  • Proven ability to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
  • Experience working alongside engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams and shipping products at scale.
  • Ability to be hands-on in the details while also zooming out to define the big picture.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical partners, internally and externally.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous, dynamic environments typical of fast-growing startups.
  • Excellent design sensibilities and technical literacy to develop strong relationships with design and engineering counterparts.
  • Knowledge of databases and a good understanding of software development.
  • Comfort with creating user stories (or applying the JTBD framework) and managing a backlog with tools like Slack, Jira, and Asana.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies like SCRUM or Kanban.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with users.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understand SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and subscription-based revenue.
  • Use data to interpret results, identify trends, and make well-reasoned, data-informed decisions.
  • Work effectively with technical teams and explain technical trade-offs.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally across teams; bring education in a related field or equivalent experience (advanced study welcome, not required)
  • Have experience with CRM integrations.
  • Be Familiarized with marketing automation tools.


In This Role, You Will

  • Be a key player in shaping the product and technical direction. As a founding PM, your decisions will directly impact the success of the platform.
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and other PMs to rapidly develop features that are central to the user experience, with constant iteration and feedback loops.
  • Lead the product vision and execution, ensuring that performance, scalability, and reliability are prioritized from day one.
  • Translate complex technical possibilities (React, , TypeScript, REST APIs, NoSQL, WebSocket APIs) into clear roadmaps and user-facing features.
  • Work on building secure, scalable systems in partnership with engineering to ensure a flawless experience for thousands of users.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring we're always building the "right" product.
