Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense management.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Manage vendor payments, client invoicing, and reconciliation of project-related expenses.
- Support management with data analysis, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Work closely with the operations and procurement teams to ensure alignment between project and finance workflows.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the architecture, design, or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
