About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident
Telemarketer
to join our Pune office.

You will be responsible for
selling — an AI Voice Agent built for Recruiters
— to staffing and recruiting companies in the US.

This role involves outbound cold calling, appointment setting, and occasionally giving product demos to interested prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to staffing and recruiting firms across the US.
  • Present and pitch

    , our AI-powered voice agent that helps recruiters make hundreds of calls in minutes.
  • Schedule qualified demos and appointments for the sales team — and conduct product demos yourself when required.
  • Maintain detailed call logs, prospect notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly call and appointment goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years
    of experience in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
  • Prior experience selling SaaS or technology products preferred.
  • Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong confidence and
    no fear of phones
    .
  • Comfortable working the
    US EST shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)
    .

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead databases, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • AI-literate — able to use AI tools for finding and enriching leads.
  • Exposure to staffing/recruitment industry or HR tech products.
