About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draughtsman to join our design studio. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and interior drawings, working closely with the design and execution team to ensure precise documentation and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D drawings, detailed working drawings, and presentation drawings for interior and civil projects.
• Convert conceptual sketches and design inputs into technical drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and site teams to ensure drawings reflect accurate dimensions and site conditions.
• Update and revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
• Maintain organized drawing sets and documentation for each project.
• Assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) drawings and measurement sheets.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI in Civil Draftsmanship or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is an added advantage).
• 1–3 years of experience in interior/civil drafting (freshers with strong skills can also apply).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work within deadlines.
• Understanding of building materials, joinery details, and construction drawings.
