About the Role

MAAD Concepts is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing permit drawings, structural drawings, and detailed technical drawings. You will work closely with our architects and engineers to deliver accurate and high-quality drafting outputs for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare permit drawings as per local authority standards.
  • Draft structural drawings, plans, and layouts with accuracy.
  • Develop detailed and working drawings for various project requirements.
  • Maintain and utilize KSmart layer standards for all drawings.
  • Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to incorporate required changes.
  • Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain documentation and drawing records systematically.
  • Support additional drafting tasks as required for project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting tools.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering standards and drafting principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  • Experience with KSmart layer drawing standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
  • Diploma holders may apply with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Civil Draftsman is mandatory.
