What You'll Do

As a Performance Marketing Lead / Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms for multiple D2C and lifestyle brands. You will own strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across channels, and lead a team of executives to deliver results that matter.

Key Responsibilities

Own performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other paid channels.

Manage and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CAC, and LTV across funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF).

Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare client-ready reports.

Collaborate with the creative and influencer teams to develop ad creatives and content strategies.

Experiment with new channels (Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) and growth tactics.

Manage client communication on performance updates, strategy pivots, and projections.

Mentor and guide junior team members on campaign setup, optimization, and account hygiene.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of hands-on experience in running Meta and Google ads (Search, Shopping, Display).

Proven success in scaling D2C or eCommerce brands.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, Facebook Ads Manager, and Data Studio.

Good understanding of performance creatives and ad storytelling.

Ability to lead performance discussions directly with clients and stakeholders.

Prior agency experience is a strong plus.
