We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive / Team Lead to join our overseas recruitment team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing client accounts and ensuring a smooth end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to their final departure abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build strong relationships with overseas clients requiring manpower from India
  • Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail
  • Coordinate with internal sourcing team to identify suitable candidates
  • Submit candidate profiles to clients and manage the shortlisting process
  • Handle client communication and regular follow-ups for feedback and selection updates
  • Guide selected candidates through the full deployment
  • Ensure all documentation, compliance, and timelines are met
  • Maintain accurate records of each recruitment cycle
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely execution
  • Regularly update clients on candidate progress and deployment schedules

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (MBA in Marketing/HR preferred)
  • 38 years of experience in business development, preferably in overseas recruitment or staffing
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end overseas recruitment process
  • Excellent client handling and communication skills
  • Familiarity with documentation like visa, medical, and travel procedures
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/CRM
