Urgent opening for Team Leader- Telesales with Good salary and Attractive Incentives

Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of 10 to 20 Telecallers to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Motivate, train and guide the team to achieve both individual and team KPIs.
  • Drive the team to maximize incentive earnings by ensuring target completion.
  • Monitor daily performance, conversions, lead follow-ups, and call quality.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and effective lead management.
  • Maintain daily and monthly MIS reports and ensure proper data tracking in CRM tools.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Work closely with management to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in Telesales / Telecalling Team Handling.

➝ Preferred background: Justdial/Banking / Insurance / Product Sales & Marketing sectors.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage 10–20 team members.
  • Must have marketing knowledge and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Languages: Tamil, Malayalam (reading, writing, speaking – fluency required for Malayalam market), and English (mandatory).
  • Must be able to work on CRM tools and have good system knowledge.
  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
  • Local candidates (Coimbatore) preferred.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
