Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven B2C Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves engaging with parents and students, explaining OMOTEC programs, and converting inquiries into enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective customers (parents and students) through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Explain the features, benefits, and value of OMOTEC programs in STEM, Robotics, and AI.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed enrolments by achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in CRM.
  • Participate in promotional events, workshops, and exhibitions for lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
