Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
Salesperson
with proven experience in selling women's ethnic wear. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion. You will play a key role in guiding customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they find the perfect outfit for their special occasion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in the store or via video consultations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ethnic wear options (lehengas, sarees, suits, etc.).
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, trends, and fittings.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales.
  • Manage customer relationships, provide after-sales support, and build brand loyalty.
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2–3 years of experience
    in sales in women's ethnic or bridal wear.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi).
  • Good sense of fashion, fabrics, and styling trends.
  • Ability to handle high-value clients and understand bridal and non bridal shopping expectations.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first approach.
