We are seeking a skilled Lift Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of elevators and escalators, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections of elevators and escalators.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the installation team as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in lift maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and codes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
  • Willingness to be on-call for emergencies.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical are preferred

Lift / Elevator maintenance experience is added advantage
