We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires a candidate with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The Car Wash Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency. Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within a car wash environment, demonstrating progressive leadership capabilities.

  • Extensive expertise in car wash procedures to uphold and improve quality standards (Mandatory skill).

  • Capability in inventory management to keep track of supplies and reorder stock promptly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address any operational challenges quickly and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the car wash to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.

  • Oversee maintenance and repair of car wash equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
  • Implement and uphold health and safety protocols within the facility.
