We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP, RC AI and Analytics

Principal responsibilities

  • The individual will be responsible for reporting RC AI & Analytics scorecard and key performance indicators in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide support to the Governance team and guide Model stakeholders to complete Model Governance based on Model life cycle phases.
  • Need to closely work with Model stakeholders in creating bank mandatory documentation and present to various forums for their successful recommendation/approval. 
  • presentation to make sure Governance forums get enough information about Model.
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets. 
  • Act as support to senior management and team whilst building relationships with the wider Regulatory Conduct function community. 

Qualifications

  • Graduation / Post Graduation degree. Should be adept in using MS Office with exceptional MS Excel Skills.
  • Any professional Business Management Certification like PMP would be a plus
  • Reporting skills: intermediate / advanced excel and ppt.
  • Knowledge in MS Office Suite, MS PowerPoint & Excel is mandatory.
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge of programming tools, preferably with proficiency in any one or combination of tools such as Excel pivot, Mailbox management, SQL, Alteryx, Qliksense, Tableau, Qlikview, Python, etc. would be beneficial.
  • Good organizational, analytical, problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Takes ownership of personal and professional development, increasing professional knowledge and skills experience
  • Deep understanding about various data cleaning exercise.
  • Strong understanding about various Model methodologies such as multiple regression, random forest, decision tree etc.,
  • Deep understanding of various Model metrics used to determine Model performance
  • Maintain strong relationship with Stakeholder. Good Document Preparation Skill.
