Luein Analytics is seeking a independent contributor seasoned Agentic AI expert to architect and develop cutting-edge, autonomous AI systems for enterprise-scale use cases. This is a senior consulting role best suited for professionals with a proven track record in pushing the boundaries of AI research and innovation in the space of LLMs, agentic systems, and AGI-aligned architectures.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, cognitive systems, and autonomous decision-making systems.
  • Deep knowledge and practical expertise in LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, LangChain/LangGraph, and self-improving architectures.
  • Experience designing and scaling autonomous AI workflows using modern agentic frameworks (e.g CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).
  • Strong background in reinforcement learning, symbolic AI, and cognitive computing.
  • Solid understanding of AI explainability, AI alignment, AGI ethics, and secure AI development practices.
  • Experience contributing to AI innovation at scale or leading research teams in a fast-paced product or academic environment.
  • Architect and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous task execution and decision-making.
  • Lead development of intelligent agents using modular RAG pipelines and large language models (LLMs).
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and ethical AI-first solutions.
  • Evaluate and optimize multi-agent workflows, real-time LLM orchestration, and self-reasoning pipelines.
  • Guide AI researchers and junior engineers, promoting innovation and best practices across the org
