Role Overview
The AVP, Total Rewards will be the subject matter expert for compensation and benefits, leading the design, benchmarking, analytics, and administration of competitive and scalable total rewards programs. This role partners closely with People & Culture leadership, business teams, and portfolio companies to ensure a consistent pay-for-performance philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation structure design and evaluation across portfolio companies
  • Conduct annual benchmarking, job matching, and survey submissions
  • Drive year-end compensation planning, including pay and bonus cycles
  • Support onboarding of new portfolio companies by aligning their compensation philosophy
  • Analyze salary data, define pay grades, and maintain competitive ranges
  • Manage compensation planning tools, reporting, and analytics
  • Conduct job evaluations and partner with Talent Attraction on compensation mix
  • Maintain job descriptions, job families, and title framework
  • Support identification of new HR technology needs

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 10–12+ years of compensation experience (STI + LTI a must)
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
  • Understanding of relevant labor and pay regulations
  • High stakeholder management capability and confidentiality standards
  • Experience in data analytics and PowerPoint preferred
