Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Product Manager at University Living. The Product Manager will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to oversee product development processes and ensure timely delivery of business goals. The individual will contribute to prioritizing features, conducting market research, defining requirements, and analyzing data to enhance the company's offerings. This is an on-site role located in Noida.

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in product development, ideally across fast-paced consumer internet environments.
• Technical background preferred

• BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent degree with strong exposure to consumer internet products.
• Proven success delivering innovative products end-to-end; you've shipped work you can point to with real pride.
• Balanced capability across business strategy, UI/UX thinking, and technical execution.
• Action-oriented, collaborative, and consistently driving product improvement and growth.
• Strong research mindset with the ability to unlock new opportunities and partnerships.
• Polymath-level problem solver who can leverage cross-domain insights and understand deep-level metrics.
• Exceptional product taste and design intuition.
• Data-driven operator who retrieves, interprets, and storytells with data independently, no hand-holding.
• High resilience and willingness to get hands-dirty when execution demands it.
• Ownership mindset: capable of defining and managing product charters and roadmaps.
• Proficient in creating wireframes and PRDs for new features and services.
• Solid understanding of responsive web development, digital technologies, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with product and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Analytics, Martech, CRM, etc.
• Background in travel & accommodation (marketplaces, PMS, channel managers) is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing B2C/B2B products across responsive web and mobile (Android/iOS).
