Lead / Senior UI/UX Designer

About Us

At Customer Capital, we've built Staccs — captive commerce platforms that power loyalty-driven marketplaces for global banks, airlines, and brands. From travel and e-commerce to gift vouchers and financing, we help our clients turn their digital real estate into engagement engines.

What You'll Do


• Design end-to-end B2C journeys across Travel, E-Commerce, and Loyalty Staccs — ensuring they are seamless, intuitive, and conversion-focused.


• Bring a research-driven mindset, probing into user needs and translating insights into design decisions.


• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for both web and mobile.


• Shape UX processes and tools to support a growing organization, enabling consistency and scale.


• Partner with product managers and engineers to define feasible, and customer-centric solutions.


• Mentor junior designers, setting the stage for a scalable design culture.

What We're Looking For


• 5–7 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience in B2C products (e-commerce, travel, or loyalty preferred).


• A portfolio showcasing journey design and user flows that improved conversion or engagement.


• Evidence of applying user research insights (first- or third-party) to design choices.


• Comfort with design systems and component-based UI.


• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.


• Excellent communication — challenge and explain design rationale to technical and business audiences.


• Startup mindset: hands-on, iterative, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice to Have


• Experience with white-label or multi-tenant platforms.


• Prior exposure to mentoring or managing designers.


• Familiarity with experimentation, data-driven UX optimization, user heatmap analysis.
