Job Summary

As a Design Lead focusing on Physical Design, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the design team to achieve high-quality design solutions that resonate with the organization's strategic objectives. You will establish design standards and foster a culture of innovation while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that design efforts are seamlessly integrated into software and product development.

(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Understand Business Objectives And Integrate Design Thinking Into Software And Product Development Using Physical Design Methodologies And Tools.

2. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers, Providing Guidance On Best Practices In Physical Design And Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions That Align With Business Goals.

3. Present Design Concepts And Strategies To Stakeholders Using Design Visualization Tools, Facilitating Constructive Feedback To Refine Design Outputs.

4. Establish And Maintain Design Standards, Guidelines, And Best Practices In Physical Design, Ensuring Consistency And Quality Across All Design Deliverables.

5. Conduct Research On Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies To Drive Innovation In Physical Design, Leveraging Insights To Enhance Design Strategies And Processes.Skill Requirements
1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Physical Design Tools And Methodologies.

2. Solid Understanding Of Design Principles And The Ability To Apply Them In Practical Projects.

3. Strong Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration And Presentation To Stakeholders.
