What Youll Work On:

UX & Visual DesignCreate seamless, intuitive experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

From early concepts to polished prototypes, craft seamless features and flows that blend into the larger product experience

Whether refining an existing system or introducing new patterns, focus on maintaining consistency, scalability, and accessibility while thoughtfully exploring innovative solutions
- Product StrategyGo beyond designing screens to shaping product direction with decisions guided by market insights, research, and business objectives, ensuring meaningful impact

Also, contribute to roadmaps, define priorities, and set measurable goals that drive product success
- Critique & CollaborationHelp build a culture of continuous improvement by sharing work early, participating in critiques, and providing clear, constructive feedback

Consciously navigate stakeholder input, translate feedback into meaningful actions, and confidently advocate for design decisions with clarity and collaboration
- Research & Content DesignGround your work in user insights, collaborating with researchers to validate ideas and measure success

You will craft messaging and content structures that enhance usability, ensuring that words and visuals work together to create clear, compelling experiences
- Selling & Presenting DesignCraft compelling narratives that communicate the rationale behind design decisions

Whether presenting to stakeholders, responding to feedback, or aligning teams, you will advocate for design as a key driver of product and business success
- Creative DirectionDefine and drive creative direction, setting a high bar for execution while considering scalability and long-term impact

Establish design systems, reusable components, and brand foundations that maintain consistency while allowing for the evolution of a project

Your design choices will be deliberate, informed, and aligned with business and user goals
- Systems DesignDefine scalable design standards, creating reusable components and patterns that drive efficiency

With a thoughtful approach to user and client needs, craft design systems that feel intuitive, stay flexible, and are easy to adopt and scale

Can Shape Brand StrategyIdentify opportunities, define creative directions, and bring brand and product design together seamlessly
- Have worked with international clientsParticularly across North America or Europe

What You Bring:

5+ years of product design experience at a digital product agency or consultancy, ideally in a lead role
- Demonstrated mastery of UI/UX principles, best practices, and common design tools (readFigma)

Bonus points for interaction design skills (think After Effects, Principle, Framer, or Origami)
- A portfolio that reflects your strengths in both UX and visual design skills
- A natural inclination to take the lead and help everyone arrive at a deeper understanding and greater appreciation of the work
- Fluent in translating stakeholder goals, user research, and complex user flows into simple UIs
- Passionate about staying ahead of desktop and mobile best practices, developments, and trends in web, mobile, and iOS design
- Communication pro, with the ability to deliver compelling design rationales in both client and internal contexts
- Comfortable with ambiguity and client briefs that lead to more questions than answers
- Motivated by feedback, and by the opportunity to improve in your role, in the work, and in how you work together as a team
