We are looking for a UI/UX & Graphic Design Intern who combines creativity with logical thinking - someone eager to design intuitive user interfaces and impactful visuals that strengthen our product and brand identity.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design

  • Understand garment factory workflows and user journeys to design simple, efficient, and user-friendly digital experiences.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI layouts for mobile, tablet, and TV dashboards using Figma or similar tools.

  • Collaborate with product and implementation teams to enhance the user experience across modules (Output, Quality, Line Balancing, etc.).

  • Participate in usability testing and gather real-user feedback from production environments.

  • Contribute to and maintain the OptaFloor Design System for consistent visual standards.

Graphic Design

  • Design marketing and training materials such as infographics, handouts, reports, and presentation templates.

  • Create visuals for internal and client communication — posters, dashboards, and social media creatives.

  • Support product demos and implementation reports with strong visual storytelling.

  • Maintain brand consistency across digital and print collaterals.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop (or similar tools).

  • Good sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

  • Basic understanding of responsive design and dashboard visualization.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
