Experience: 4+ years | Team leadership: 3+ designers
is building next-gen SaaS products for GST compliance, reconciliation & financial
automation. We're looking for a Design Lead to head our design function and guide a team of
5–6 designers to deliver world-class product experiences.
What You'll Do
● Lead & mentor a team of 5-6 designers across product & marketing.
● Drive design delivery from wireframes to polished UI, ensuring speed & quality.
● Build and maintain scalable design systems.
● Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ship intuitive SaaS experiences.
● Foster a design-first culture in a fast-paced startup environment.
What We're Looking For
● 4+ years of product design experience.
● Experience leading 3+ designers in a product-led company or UI/UX agency.
● Strong SaaS and startup product design exposure.
● Solid portfolio showcasing SaaS work, design systems & shipped products.
● Mastery of Figma and modern design workflows.
● Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
